    5 Ways to Get Your Body Fat Reduction and Weight Loss
    One of the biggest concerns of people who want to follow a fitness program is to reduce body fat and thus lose weight. Losing weight is a must for many people!

    There are five things you can do to you immediately on the right track:

    1. Stop store fat

    Your body sees no food, but your eyes do. It is very difficult to resist food in a society where you are constantly reminded to food advertising on television, in magazines, shopping centers, cinemas, etc. Everywhere we are confronted with food and many cannot resist.

    If you eat six small meals a day, you will lose body fat. This is because your body no longer suffer hunger, and the available energy directly burns because it knows that the fuel gets about 3 hours again.

    These days too much emphasis is placed on eating three big meals a day. The best diet is from the moment you get up. That way you feed your body throughout the day, eliminating the need to switch to survival mode. Moreover, your body burn more calories as you eat 6 smaller meals instead of 3 large meals.

    5. Drink plenty of water

    You must drink at least 3 litres of water per day. Water removes all harmful toxins from your body and regulates vital body functions. It is purifying and prevents dehydration of your body.
